I started training with Bry a year and a half ago when I finally decided to take my fitness and strength more seriously. I’ve learned that a lot of things I thought I couldn’t do were because I wasn’t going about them the right way. Bry is a modification wizard and will help you avoid injury while maintaining progress. She is also adaptable and will pivot as your goals change, even in a group setting. As an adult, I have never been consistent or truly comfortable at a gym, and I would never have thought I’d look forward to going. Bry is such an amazing trainer! I have been working out with her for a little over a year. Bry really listens to the goals you have and uses her knowledge to hone workouts to meet your needs. I had the pleasure of working out with Bry for almost a year and loved her training style so much, I gifted my husband with sessions for Father's day. What makes her such an effective trainer is her ability to listen and adjust the sessions as needed. I have arthritis in both knees and my spine, so some days, I had more limited mobility than others. On those days, she would focus on stretching and low impact exercises.
