This makes me sad to have to rank my experience as a one. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly. That is where it ended. At the checkout I was charged a 3% charge for using my debt card. Before using it I confirmed that I won't be charged a fee. When I questioned the charge the cashier indicated that she didn't know why that was happening. Her response implies that it is a reoccurring problem. She said she would give me the fee out of her own money if it was " that big of a deal". Really?I felt it wasn't appropriate to take money from her person. Yes, it was only .93 cent. However, the point is that the company is making money on transactions that they should not be. If that occurred with a 100 costumers that is close to $100.00. So what is the real issue?
Good cleaning but expect them to be open for $70 a month. Multiple times they’ve been closed “due to weather” the last time it was 2 in the afternoon and sunny with dry roads. I’ve used other car washes and they were open in the same weather. Sucks cuz the employees were always friendly but when my car is covered with salt residue I expect the car wash to be open to wash my cameras off for safety unless it’s actually bad weather.
TRITON is simply the best! My son was having problems breathing in my vehicle despite wearing a mask, using Armorall carwipes and taking allergy pills…I knew just what I had to do. Stacey, up front, is a total doll and everybody is positively thorough. You’d never guess I had a pitmix! And the parrots even gifted me with a feather for good luck! Man, am I ready to ride now! ~MOMic
I got my interior cleaned, and my car was cleaned I will give that. The guy with the cute dog was so kind and so was the front desk lady. But the Hispanic cleaning crew super rude. When I pulled in they just shoot me out and didn’t tell me where to go. They didn’t even say hello. I don’t know if they just don’t speak English or just don’t want to work. They need to work on their interaction with PAYING customers. Then maybe you would get a tip :)
I'd give zero stars if I could. $40 for them to not only not cleaning my car but making it worse. It smelled, the cleaning crew was rude. I had no idea where to go while waiting for it to be done. I liked that it was quick but seen why it was so quick. They didn't do anything but make more of a mess. I would've done it myself, but I have no time. I took it there because I do sales and recently went on a trip with my dogs. I needed someone else to do a deeper clean, at least vaccum. Very disappointed.
