Izzy is a wonderful trainer/coach! I feel she has great intuition about what areas we should work on and where our focus should be. I have gained more strength than I have had in years. I couldn’t recommend True Grit more!
Sean is a great trainer, professional and personable. He pushes you to perform but also modifies to individual needs. He personalizes a safe, full body work out !
Checked out an open drop in HIIT class with IZZY on Saturday at 9am. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was awesome! Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. We started with group stretching, then were broken into groups of 2. We each did a HIIT Circuit as many rounds as we could for 8 minutes. Then a few minute break. Then did another Circuit, rest and another. All moves could be adjusted to your work out level. Legs, Arms, Core and Cardio. We did a cool down and all felt GREAT after it was over. Locally owned, great people, and care very much about their clients. Can't wait to go back to another drop in class.
Sean does a great job pushing me to my edge while also making workouts enjoyable! I've been working out with him for quite a few years and I appreciate his continued dedication to my fitness goals. He's always ready to adjust workouts as needed when life gets rough ;).
Sean is a great guy and trainer. I’ve been working out with him for about two years. I’ve gotten leaner, stronger and better dietary habits. Occasionally, he’ll even have a Negroni with me.
