I got a haircut a long time ago. It was horrible. Way too short and lopsided, and I paid 50 dollars! I left a review. They offered to give a free service to fix it. I told them I didn't want another haircut by them as I didn't trust that service and it was already too short anyway and asked if there was another service I could get instead. Didn't even get a response back. I'm still getting texts and emails like a year later even though I've asked for them to stop sending them.
My son went in for a haircut, shampoo & wash & booked with “next available” barber (our mistake). Showed up 10 mins before appt…. And before his barber. He felt she was carelessly handling the clippers based on the way it felt like it was pulling his hair. My son complained about how much pressure her hand was being applied to his head (he is 7). Not 5 mins in the chair and she was ready to check him out. No wash, no shampoo, & hair still touching his ears. When asked to cut even shorter, she seemed inconvenienced and in a rush for her next client (who was greeted better than we were). I hope she learns some barbershop etiquette, though, we will be seeing a different barber next time.

Awesome quick precision hair cut! And for a amazing price for beard and hair! Super skilled talented barber gave me exactly what I was after so much skill even when doing my mustache she was so precise and gentle. 10/10 barber
