They did a great job! Service was excellent, quick and efficient. Walked in to get my charger port fixed and it took less than 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend and will return if I have any more issues with my devices!
10/10 Mr. Josh helped me beyond words can explain. He made sure I knew every detail about my appointment and pick up. He was very fast and greeted me with a Christmas spirit. If I had to come back (hopefully I don’t) I hope he’s here to assist me again! Thank you Josh and happy holidays!! BTW my phone looks brand new again and fully functional!
First screen break ever (at least 20 years of phones). You don't realize what a great place this is until it's needed. Ordering a new phone or Apple Store isn't remotely an option. I called this shop at 5pm. Talked to Gage. He was so pleasant. Lucky for me I'm close and he wasn't busy. He popped a new screen on for me and I was home by 5:40. The excellent service was totally worth the repair cost.
The great team of Cameron and Gage was able to get the screen replaced and save ALL of my data!! I had 14 years of my Business in my phone and my biggest concern was I would loose it. But they did magic, and I now have my information transferred to my new phone. AWESOME 👍
