Jesse (sp?) came to our house to repair a phone screen and it was a fantastic experience! He was personable, answered the million questions from our kids, and was fast. We will definitely be using this company in the future to repair some computer screens etc. (boy mom) definitely recommend, 10/10 service!
We initially came in for a screen replacement, but when we had gotten it back the phone was in better condition with one extra problem. The phone would turn off every couple minutes or so. After taking it back though they immediately got to work on fixing this issue and even told us before hand we wouldn’t be charged if it was something to do with their repair job. And they were honest about that because when we came back the issue had been fixed and we weren’t charged a penny. So thankful for the help and the patience with us for not knowing too much about phones. Thank you guys!!!
What do you when you need a phone repair? A fix that is effective, inexpensive and fast, right? And it doesn’t hurt to have confident, nice people to deal with. ubreakIfix on South First in Austin checked all those boxes. Nick helped me- really great experience.
The guys at this location, Bouldin, were simply outstanding in replacing the battery in my Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. Special thanks to Xander and Nick as they were very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding in doing their work. At first their system was down nationally on Monday and they did all they could but came back the next day and they took care of me as quickly as possible. Even bought a new screen protector. Thanks Xander and Nick, highly recommend. Bill S
I cracked my phone screen really bad, so I went to Verizon to see what I had to do, they told me to file a claim through Asurion. It was so easy to file and I was able to drop my phone off same day! The wait time was about 2 hours which isn’t bad at all. Thank you so much Cane, for all of your help and assistance for fixing my screen and suggesting that I get a screen protector which I did.
