The camera lens on my phone cracked and I went to uBreakiFix for a quote. Nick created my case and ordered the needed part after I made a deposit. It took longer than I was told to receive the part, but Brayce I think his name was, called me to let me know it was in. I brought my phone in a few hours later and they took care of me right away! I am happy with their service and would recommend them!
I set an appointment to get my charge port fixed. I was able to walk in, be helped almost immediately, and my phone was done after brunch at Panera. The charge port was just dirty, so not a lot to service. Lady at the front was super nice!
Scammer-Please be aware and stay away if you have a phone that is not turned on. They would not do as they say. Complete Dishonesty and vague about details on the problem BUT they are quick at taking your money. Never even opened up my phone to replace the battery just because my phone would not turn on. They lied about everything from the beginning to the end. All was said, Phone would not turn on. They even blamed the Thermostat was the issue. They didn't bother to open it up and diagnose it. Having me waiting 3hrs and paid $45 for zero fix. Horrible business to trust. Took it to another Tech store and was told it was fixable 99%. Phone turned on and was in recovery mode. The tech store I went to after visiting Ubreakifix, did the whole process of opening the back of the phone to show me that there was nobody touched or attempted to even open it apart. What a shame to have a big name store yet delivered shady businesses. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
We had to get a phone repaired recently, and they were awesome. We definitely recommend them. Stop by, if you're device needs some repairs. We've used them for other devices in the past, and we've always had an excellent experience.
Had to get a new screen for my phone. Ruben took care of the whole process. Great customer service and care for my device. I recommend this place if you are in need of a phone repair, and ask for Ruben.
