Vanessa Sayer is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have lived, bought, and sold homes all over the country, and this was without question the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable, honest, and never salesy. From day one, it felt like she was fully invested in helping us make the right decision, not just closing a deal. She was incredible throughout the entire process, from evaluating properties to negotiating. Vanessa pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own, gave clear and realistic advice, and then negotiated an outstanding deal on our behalf. Her experience and skill really showed. What truly sets her apart is her responsiveness and problem-solving ability. She was always available, quick to respond, and stayed ahead of every issue before it could become a problem. She was transparent, blunt, realistic, and deeply committed to helping me succeed in my purchase. From the very beginning, she made sure I understood every step, every number, and every detail. She never hid anything from me and always kept the process transparent. If I had a question and she didn’t have an answer right away, she would always try to find one or point me to someone who did. Brandi knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me learn how to search for homes, understand pricing, and recognize what was worth putting an offer on based on my budget and down payment. She also paid attention to what kind of construction and renovation work I was willing to do on a home, which made the search so much smoother. She even provided great recommendations for my home inspector and lender. Later, while talking with friends who had also recently bought homes, I realized that I had truly been matched with an amazing group of people to work with for my first purchase.
