Unwind Spa Navy Yard was amazing! We celebrated our Friendsmas here and had a great experience. We booked the private lounge room with finger foods, which was the perfect setup for our group. Antonio and Simon were excellent hosts. The setup was beautiful, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They were truly a whole vibe and added to the fun, relaxed atmosphere. Felix did my massage, and he was the truth. I came in with a stiff lower back, and by the end of the session my posture was noticeably better and my body felt amazing. Highly recommend Unwind Spa Navy Yard!
Recently booked a spa day at Unwind Spa in Navy Yard, DC for my wife, mothers, and sisters as part of a birthday celebration and even though I didn’t attend myself, I have to say the feedback I got from them was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the team delivered luxury, professionalism, and relaxation at every level. My family raved about how warm and welcoming the staff was the moment they walked in. Deeply relaxing massages done by therapists who know their craft. The lounge and amenities were another highlight. They loved the private lounge area, the refreshments, the atmosphere, and the quiet, peaceful setup that made them feel pampered from the moment they sat down. Unwind Spa really knows how to balance elegance with comfort. What impressed me most as the organizer was how easy and accommodating the owner, Ana, was during the planning process. She helped me coordinate multiple services, kept everything on schedule, and ensured the experience flowed perfectly. It made the celebration feel truly special. I absolutely recommend Unwind Spa. Even planning from the outside, I could tell this is a place that genuinely cares about delivering a top-tier experience.
If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the very beginning, I worked with Ana to set up an event for a birthday and baby celebration. She was incredibly prompt and professional, providing exceptional customer service throughout. The entire process—from selecting the food to organizing and scheduling massages for 11 women—was a breeze thanks to her expertise. On the day of my event, the spa itself was simply beautiful and relaxing. I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist and Antonio, who is absolutely amazing. We were assigned our own massage therapist, and they were all amazing! I felt less tense and relaxed once it was over (Thanks, Jenna). As part of my package, I rented their lounge space, and the decorations and food presentation exceeded my expectations! Antonio went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. As the mom-to-be, I was able to truly relax while he handled all the details—pouring our beverages, plating my food, and making sure we had everything we needed. It was the best spa experience I’ve ever had, and I definitely plan to book again! Thank you all so much! My friends enjoyed the space and the event just as much as I did, and that’s entirely because of your dedication to putting customers first! ☺️
I had just returned from a long work conference and needed a massage badly. The waiting room offered comfortable modern seating, herbal teas, and decor fun to admire. My therapist was amazing!!! Very clean and had every accommodation needed to have a relaxing massage. Would highly recommend and plan on going back regularly!
