We had a great first visit. Our three year old had a blast. Though it was clear to see everybody there was having a blast well into their teens. Staff were friendly and the facility was clean and maintained. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back.
My kids (2,7,14) and I have been to a lot of trampoline parks ranging from Va-NC. This was one of our favorites. They had bumper cars, zip lining, obstacle course, multiple trampoline areas, rock climbing, and a play area that had slides (similar to McDonald’s) They have already asked if we can go again. Standard prices are decent, no time limit.
It was a fun adventure but its geared more to children and teens than to adults, no wait time to enter, fairly inexpensive, we did enjoy the indoor zipline, bumper cars, climbing walls, and the rope climbing course.. younger children and teens will enjoy this place... they also had several birthday celebrations going on the day we were there...
My family will never return here! We paid for our kids to do the ultimate package with all the attractions. They have signs up to ask an associate to open all of the attractions but they only had 1 associate running around trying to operate all the attractions and manage the trampoline area. We asked the front desk to have the zip line open and the bumper cars. They asked me which one 1st so we said zip line. Once we were finish, we asked the associate to open the bumper cars, I waited for him at close the zip line, then he came over to the bumper cars and said he’d send another associate over because he had to use the bathroom. Well nobody ever came back! So since it was 15 min before closing we went back to the front and asked again to open the bumper cars. We were told that nobody was going to come over because they are all cleaning up now. I asked for a manager and she repeatedly told me that nobody was aware I wanted to open the bumper cars (calling me a liar basically). I told her the front desk staff and the floor associate were both told multiple times! I also told her that the VR has been closed all night and she told me I had to ask to have it opened but there is NO SIGN saying that! The TVs were off and not one child played with it all night! She then continued to get an attitude with and refused to let my kids ride the bumper cars. When I asked to speak to someone else she stormed off and didn’t send ANYONE to speak to me! There are many trampoline parks in the area, this is the most expensive one and they will scam you out of your money!! Go somewhere else!! The place was about empty on a Saturday night, that should tell you a lot!
We got the Summer tickets so we are good for 3 months. The price was great for the length of time you get. I'm not a fan of having to buy socks, I just feel like that should be included with the package. It's a minor complaint. The kids love the place but you're not going to have much to do as an adult. They still let you wall climb, zip line, or trampoline if you want too. If you have small children to early teen, they will have a blast. Update 7/10/25 I would not recommend the food. I order fries and waited 20 minutes, the wait was understandable because It looked like just one girl working the whole kitchen. What I could not understand was the absolute terrible state of the fries. All the fries were burnt. No explanation just here you go.
