My dog, Mookie, has been coming to urban paws for nearly two years and he LOVES it! He always runs to the door because he can’t wait to get inside and play. I love that they get both indoor and outdoor time! The staff is AMAZING, as well!
We ✨L O V E✨ Urban Paws! They always have great service & will even come to the curb to grab your pup! The baths are always top notch & we never hesitate coming here if we have boarding needs! They always take such good care of our pup & we love seeing how much he is engaged with all the other dogs.
I recently took my 1 yo Golden Retriever for an all day daycare stay. I was really impressed with how communicative the front desk team was with directing me with the documentation needed to enroll him, and when I could bring him in, etc. Communication is key for me! They also gave him a quick wash and dry as he got dirty during play and all complimentary too! I will definitely be back!
The most amazing spot for my pups… they love to come and play here! Safe fun environment and they are worn out after a day of play.
Boarded our dog for a few days during the 4th and got him back covered in pee and smelling awful. I guess this was our fault because we didn’t want to pay for a bath before picking him up. He was groomed not even a week before boarding. So does this mean dogs are left to marinate in urine up until they’re pick up day? It’s literally dried in his hair so that’s how I know.
