First time being there about a week ago. The selections were good and the prices were good as well. Will go back and check it out more
Terrible Experience – Buyer Beware I hope I could rate with zero stars. I usually like to support local businesses, but this was a huge mistake. While the store has a decent selection of items at fair prices, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. My son, who recently started barber school, bought a pair of trimmers here. On the very first day, they didn’t work at all. We returned the next day with the receipt to exchange them, and the owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He accused us of trying to return an old item and flat-out refused to help us. He even called me a liar, which was completely uncalled for. It was obvious the trimmer wasn’t new to begin with, and yet they took no responsibility. Sadly, this business does not stand behind its products and treats customers with zero respect. If you do shop here, make sure you test everything before you leave—because once you're out the door, you’re on your own. No returns, no exchanges, no customer service. I will never shop here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before doing so.
This place is magnificent! They are very well organized. The have a vast variety of products to choose from! This stores prices are cheaper than most in the area. Also their staff is top tier when it comes to customer services, polite, well mannered, and helpful! I have recommended this store to everyone I know!
It's the usual. Nice selection of hair products, wigs, scarves, hair pieces, salon products, etc. Nice, friendly service. Oh, and I must mention, as with every hair store, they have a wall of shame because people be stealing their stuff. Smh
This Place has EVERYTHING. I 💕 the varieties of choices in hair. It’s 20 mins from me but it’s worth the drive. Customer Service Great and Quick in meeting your needs. I give a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanest and having what I need.
