Dr Wells sees both of my girls. We have been going there since their adoption 5 years ago. She knows them well, and listens to our concerns and needs. She is so quick to respond if I call or message on the portal. And we can get them seen same day when they are sick, which is huge. I would recommend her to anyone. She is especially good with kiddos who have been through trauma or foster care.
Dr.Pollard has been seeing my son since 9/2023 and now my daughter too. She is amazing, always answers every question and is just so caring. The office ladies are also absolutely wonderful.
Just spoke to a very nice lady named Jill about moving our infant daughter over as a patient. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to speak with. Excellent customer service! I already feel like my daughter will get good care here!
I had transferred my two toddlers (2 & 4) to this location from Hardin Valley Pediatric Clinic, and what a complete 180°! Dr. Anger is the best pediatrician my kids have ever seen. She actually listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. My two year old son suffers from chronic eczema, and we were told to buy all these extremely expensive, over-the-counter products to try and combat the symptoms by his old doctor, and they’d work about 30% of the time. Dr. Agner saw how much my boy was suffering and treated his condition with urgency. The front office staff is very welcoming and kind, as well as the nurses. The kids are finally not afraid to visit the pediatrician anymore, all thanks to West Knox Pediatrics!!
Karen Wells is amazing! She sees my special needs 10 year & now My 1&2 year old toddlers to make it so much easier. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares! After trying doctors for 5 years we’ve been stable here 3+ years & although I move states with my job I still bring my kids here!
