New Life is great! The office is cute, bright, and welcoming. Laura and Judy are such sweet angels. I felt informed and valued as a patient here.
The staff has always been great. My hygienist always does great job. The doc came in and she spoke to me like a family member or close friend and not just a patient number.
I would like to thank everyone at new life dentistry, from the front desk with Laura and her guidance and knowledge of our insurance… To my hygienist. (Jenny, I believe…)… To the dentist, Dr. Jovi Nusser. We have been trying to find a dentist for quite some time… We had had the same Dentist for over 20 years… After moving, we had had problems Finding an office where we felt the personal care and touch or what we were used to. From working with Laura on the phone to setting up an appointment that wasn’t months out to the hygienist and her excellent care and cleaning techniques and explanations on better self-care for my Teeth in between visits… Five stars Dr. Jovi Nusser gave a wonderful exam and explanations to help me understand what areas of concern we would be watching. I appreciated both the time and explanations and Care that they gave to me. I truly felt like the office we had been searching for. I had finally found ..thank you so much to the entire staff.
As someone who usually gets anxious at the dentist, this place was a game-changer. The dentist and staff were calming, kind, and attentive. They checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m so grateful to have found this office!
I had my first visit at this dental office today, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and efficient. The office itself is exceptionally clean, well – organized, and has a calming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful water view right from the dental chair – it made the exam relaxing. Dr. Nusser took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions. Dr. Nusser and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care in a professional and peaceful setting.
