Went in for just an oil change. I mentioned our air and cabin filters needed replacing, and I was going to try and do it myself. They put them in for me, making me extremely pleased! The associates were awesome; waiting room very comfortable with refreshments.
I had an excellent experience with this car service. The customer service was truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like this. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
I had excellent service yesterday at West Auto Repair. I took my car in because a dashboard warning light had come on. I experienced very prompt service. WIthin a few hours, I received a call with the diagnosis and estimate for the repair. The price was very fair. I will definitely return to West Auto Repair for future needs.
Great experience my first time at West Omaha Auto Service. I took my car in for an oil change/general maintenance and knew there were a few things I’d need done soon (namely, brakes). The tech did a thorough inspection and sent me a link with photos and descriptions of all items and how urgently they needed to be addressed. They also sent me an itemized price quote where I could accept or decline each service right on the website from my phone. They were quick and got my car done a day earlier than they said they would. Once it was done, I could pay online through the same website. It was very convenient and they did a great job! Highly recommend.
They did an amazing job explaining what exactly was wrong with my car and provided pictures. Since I work in an office setting, I appreciated they were able to text me all the information about the service I needed done then call them if I had any questions. I did call them and they were happy to explain everything to me in depth. I 10/10 recommend this shop and will be coming back.
