A friend told me about this place walked in and got my gold jewelry fix while I waited nice friendly staff love the place
It was my first time visiting this jewelry store on a Sunday late morning to inquire about fixing a link on a Rosary that I treasure. I’d come from another nearby jewelry store that didn’t give me the time of day. There was a fellow graciously opening the door to let me in and I sat down to wait my turn. After a few minutes I was called and the lady that assisted me understood the matter perfectly and took my Rosary to a jeweler in the back. After a few simple clarifications, the jeweler came out with my Rosary in hand and completely fixed. I was ecstatic, thanked him and was ready to pay. To my further delight he said that my thank you was enough to which I responded that he would certainly be in my Rosary prayers. William Diaz Jewelry definitely practices what they preach: “NO QUIEREN CLIENTES, QUIEREN AMIGOS! My second visit to William Diaz Jewelry Store, 7 months after my first, was just as impressive. This time I took an heirloom earring as one of the precious stones had fallen out. I was greeted by the same cordial gentleman and led to a jeweler to show him my piece. In a matter of minutes all was taken care of and I left the store with my heirloom as good as new. And I might add, for a very reasonable price. I met William Diaz the owner on this second visit and congratulated him in ‘Cuban Spanish’ for the excellent customer service, high quality jewels and skill in gem repair of his charming store.

I came across the jewelry store on instagram, so i decided to purchase a gold necklace and i am absolutely in love with it! The atmosphere at the store is so welcoming and warm, I will definitely be buying here again, they definitely have the most affordable prices i’ve seen in reference to jewelry.
We went to this specific jewelry store based on a recommendation of an Uber driver. Turned out to be a good choice. Good prices and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Wilian personally greeted us and everyone else in the store at that time. We were very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the merchandise. We'll return for our next purchase.
