This is an excellent and beautiful studio. I had been intimated to try yoga again but took a feel good flow + meditation class after a few friends recommended Yoga Under the Palms. Bennett is a fantastic teacher. Easy to follow cues, warm encouragement, helpful in moving to different sides of the studio to demonstrate and offer suggestions to correct form. Great music and word of the day, too! I love the gorgeous outdoor space, cute gift shop, and kind teachers. It came highly recommended by both beginners and yoga teachers.
I am an instructor from the mainland and took class here every day for a week during my time in Hawaii. Can’t recommend it enough! Beautiful outdoor space and very skilled and friendly teachers. I’m excited to come back.

Just moved to the neighbor and was looking for a yoga spot. This place is beautiful! Everyone I have met here has been warm and inviting. I instantly felt welcomed. They have clothing, jewelry, yoga mats and other unique trinkets for sale. The cafe has delicious food and smoothies. I haven’t attend the yoga classes yet but the room is an oasis and I’m sure the classes will be rejuvenating. I’m so glad I live close by. I will be a frequent visitor!Thank you.
