The spa is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The staff was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, They explained the process clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I tried zuma after hitting the gym and I definitely recommend it 100%. In my opinion, recovery is part of the training process as well so I prioritize recovery. Next day my soreness decreased therefore I can perform at my optimal level of training. On my days off I go to relax and recharge for the next training session.
