The amazing team at 43rd Ave Animal Hospital has set the bar incredibly high for all my future vet visits. From start to finish, every staff member I spoke with was patient, answering every concern and question I had with ease. Dr. Ruiz is simply 'beyond.' I’ve spent years looking for a vet like her. She is inquisitive, explores every possible option, and you can tell she is truly in it for the animals. She returns calls promptly and talks to you like a friend who genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being. It is such a breath of fresh air to find an office that doesn't have that cold 'corporate' feel. I’m transferring all of my animals to her care after just one meeting. I’ll be referring everyone I know to her! Thank you again for being such a fantastic vet.
I so much appreciate how caring their team is and they work together... they get down on the ground with your pets and really examine them. I had an issue that i did not fully agree with the vet and they stood their ground on what to do and I listened to them and my dog got better. Thx for your confidence and knowledge. Also they don't charge to much. Thx A bunch and River says thx.
A cat adopted me in November, and this is the only vet that allowed me to take her in (same day even!) after I said “a stray cat found me”. They have been so good to me and my cat despite all of her health issues, and I’d recommend them to anyone. You can really tell that they care, and thanks to them she’s happy and healthy.
I've always had a positive experience here. They're close to my home which makes it much easier. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. My dogs are happy and healthy. I love that they get me into a room swiftly so I don't have to sit in a waiting room with other dogs. It tends to agitate my dogs when we have had to do that at other vets. The staff, techs and doctors have always been great! I highly recommend.
This vet has taken care of our baby, Cinnamon, for years. She hates going to the vet but always lit up when any tech came to get her. Knowing she loved the staff made me so confident in this place. They took any concern we had seriously and made sure we got our senior the best care we could. When her time came, the staff showed genuine empathy. We had a lovely last day with Cinnamon full of friends and celebration her life. It ended with all the techs coming in to say goodbye to her and it meant the world to us that she was so loved. Thank you 100x over. Will absolutely bring all my future dogs here. Long live Cinnamon 🫶🏻
