Aubry is awesome. Very kind and explains everything. This was the most gentle body waxing experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Clean and pretty environment, very nice young ladies.
I’ve been here 3 times now and I love it! The customer service is top tier. Sydney does an amazing job, she’s very professional and makes sure that I am comfortable during the whole process.
FINALLY an amazing boutique for the west side community! I have been coming to stripped for about a year now and I can confidently say I’m a lifer. I’ve had services done with Elena, Sydney, and Loren and every experience has been so positive. Loren has recently saved my eyebrows after they were botched at EWC, and they’re looking better than ever! I have referred so many friends to them, and they are all hooked as well. Thank you Loren, and the whole stripped family for all you do!
I’ve had a terrible experience at Stripped Wax – not just once, but twice. The first time, I arrived at 6:00 PM (their website says they close at 7:00 PM), but they refused to take me because they were “getting ready to leave.” I was shocked – it felt like they were turning away paying clients without a second thought. Today, I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, it was even worse. I was just five minutes late, and two girls with very unpleasant attitudes told me they could only do part of the service. They made zero effort to be welcoming or accommodating — their attitude was basically “we don’t care.” They didn’t even bother to offer to reschedule. So I said it would be best to cancel, and a young blonde girl, sitting down, just looked at me and said “OK” with no apology or concern. It’s unbelievable how little they care about their customers. I won’t be going back — and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Obsessed! If you’re on the lookout for a small business that cares, Stripped is the way to go!! They always make me feel so comfortable and the atmosphere is so welcoming and cute! Lauren and her team are super knowledgeable and friendly which is nice to know they care! The space is clean and smells AMAZING! I added a photo of the waiting area because gosh is it cute!!!
