Bought my partner a lovely pair of Puma shoes for his birthday. I made an error in the size and only copped it on the email confirmation. I emailed the company straight away and within minutes I had a response from Bradley who updated my order to the correct size. 3 days later the runners arrived in the correct size. Great customer service & very quick shipment. Highly recommend 👌
Used the website, so not necessarily indicative of this store location, but some training of staff on emails would benefit all concerned. I did get my refund hence the 3 stars, but the professionalism in correspondence is pretty poor. The website was the source of my issue though, with the price I got charged being about 20% higher than advertised right through the process. Customer service eventually landed on - me selecting Saturday delivery as being the reason (I definitely didn't as the day of the week meant nothing to me). Website unfortunately substandard and customer service attitude lacking.
