Bought a pair of new balance trainers just before j went on a 3 month trip away and within 2 weeks, they started to wear, trainers cost £100. Tries to return with receipt under 6 months later and they refused. Staff told me to avoid buying that brand in the future. There is clearly a manufacturing problem. Disappointed, won’t be shopping here again.
Customer service is not the best here. I waited ages—twice—trying to get some attention from the shoe department. It just seems to be the case everywhere these days: come, spend your money, and don’t expect any customer service. Jo Malone team were pleasant and helpful. Hence the 3 stars.
I had such great customer service at Frasers that I felt compelled to write a review. Steven Hunter, the Glasgow HOF supervisor and Cheryl Robertson, the Ladies/Home Floor Manager, were so helpful and flexible, both with my initial purchase and, subsequently, the collection, and went above and beyond to help me out. It was appreciated. They're a credit to the store. Lovely shop too and great bargains on the furniture floor.
One of the best shopping mall in Glasgow, 2025 Christmas sales is on and it’s fantastic, lots of different brands with reasonable prices , don’t miss the Frasers while you are in Glasgow
Shopping at Frasers was a wonderful experience! The store is elegant and well-organized, offering a great selection of luxury brands. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels stylish and comfortable.
