Josh was so helpful in the process of getting my tire situation sorted out, he sent Red over to do a tire repair ( service call) and I was on my way quicker than expected! Very kind and respectful team to work with!
I’ve been to this tire shop twice out of convenience, and both times I had major issues. Most recently, I came in to replace my front passenger tire and specifically requested a Grade B tire. The tire they brought out was basically bald with no tread at all. When I pointed it out, the staff got irritated and took almost 30 minutes to find another one. After they installed the tire, I noticed one of my lug nuts was missing. When I asked about it, they tried to claim that my car arrived that way — which is completely untrue. I know for a fact all five lug nuts were on my car when I came in. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they put on a random, mismatched lug nut and acted like it wasn’t their problem. When I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and their mistake, the man at the front desk offered me $5, then tried to charge me an extra $17 because of some “discount” he said he gave me. That makes absolutely no sense and is definitely not good customer service. As I was leaving, one of the workers came outside and quietly handed me my actual lug nut, telling me he found it on the floor but not to tell his manager. That alone proves that they did lose it. I still have the original lug nut at home, but the fact that they denied their mistake, gave poor service, and then tried to upcharge me is unacceptable. Losing parts off a customer’s car and refusing to take responsibility is unsafe and unprofessional. But…… they have decent prices, I’ll give them that. I guess you get what you pay for.
As someone who values quality and efficiency, I can confidently say this is the premier destination for wheels and tires in the Twin Cities. Their service quality is impeccable, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent and fair—a rare find these days. I won't waste my time looking anywhere else. A resounding 5/5. Highly, highly recommend.
Absolute Tires did an amazing job with my car! I came in to get new tires and have them balanced, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was super friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They got everything done quickly and made sure my car was riding perfectly before I left. Prices were fair, and the service was top-notch. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing tires or any tire work done!!
I hold the highest regard and deepest respect for this entire team. Nothing short of courteous. They always give the best, making it look as if it was 2nd nature in their business. Once I found Absolute, there was no going back to any other tire market. ♥️
