Do not come here. I brought in my printer and they want to charge me $280. It would be cheaper to buy a brand new printer that is the newer model. A complete waste of time. They charge $100 an hour for labor. It might be better to just buy a new one and replace your item instead of getting it repaired
I will never come back here. They charge you an upfront fee that goes to fixing your device. Then when they can’t fix the device and return it to you still broken they give no refund. The main guy I saw a couple times when going in was really rude. He was the one who took my table when I brought it in too. He explained nothing to me when I came in just stands there staring and looks like he’s lost when you try to communicate with him. The really should have someone else handle the customers. Face at the desk is matters communication matters.
They were reasonably priced and pretty quick. Sadly, my camera was too far gone to be salvaged. But I appreciated their honesty. They gave me the honest assessment that it would cost more to repair than to simply buy a new camera. They only charge me for the diagnostics.
Had to send in my AVR to get repaired. When they received my package, I was texted a picture that showed a small dent on one of the rear edges. Received no updates until about 12 days later that service is completed and that it’s being shipped back, but no information was given on what was completed until I had to ask. When the tech texts me back, turns out whatever dented the corner during shipping also cracked the PCB, ruining the right front channel, and is not replaceable by Marantz so I should file a claim with UPS. I paid for shipping insurance so I got a claim started with the pics they provided thinking it was enough, but UPS took a while to tell me they needed more pictures of all 6 sides of the box as it arrived to them. Unfortunately they disposed of the box already by then. I wish they were more proactive communicating with me and provided more pictures or guidance, considering how long they’ve been doing this. Now it seems like I’ll be getting the short end because UPS needs an unreasonable amount of evidence that I can’t get anymore. To be fair, either Adam’s or Marantz covered the inspection costs and shipping back.
I brought my laptop because it was running slow and needed an internal cleaning. I clearly explained the issue, paid $160, and all they did was run a quick check and tell me "everything’s fine". The service sheet doesn’t mention any cleaning or maintenance, only that no viruses were found. If it was just going to be a diagnostic, they should’ve said so before charging for a full service. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for real maintenance or honest work.
