An older laptop ran out of storage space on the internal SSD. They replaced the drive with a larger one, transferred the drive contents and did some additional cleanup of the computer. The price as quoted over the phone and the upgrade was complete faster than predicted. I'm very happy to have a small business with such good service in the neighborhood!
I flew to orange county for a Conference. While waiting at the connecting airport, I took my HP laptop out only to find out Windows couldn't be loaded. I searched for computer repair shops in my destination. Computech was among several options and highly recommended. Once I landed I took a Uber to there directly at 4PM. Leo took a quick look at it and told me with certainty it was the battery. He gave me a price and said it could likely be fixed the next day. The coming day during the Conference lunch break I got a call from Leo that my laptop is ready. It worked fine. Leo even cleaned my screen and keyboard. Thanks a lot, Leo for your fast and courtesy service. I can't imagin not having a working laptop at a conference. Highly recommended!!
I took my MacBook Pro there to get my screen fixed. Not only were the folks at Computech very knowledgeable, informative and helpful, the repair was done perfectly, not to mention lightning fast! I'll be going there for all my devices' repair needs and I recommend you do as well.
