Very quick to answer the request. Fast service, was in and out in a few minutes. Nataliya was very kind.. good and thorough with her work. Jacket zipper works like new again!! Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing experience, couldn't be happier! Nataliya is extremely professional and knows her stuff. I had two requests for repair, the inside lining of a jacket I bought used, as well as the clasp repair and taking in of the waist on a skirt. The prices were affordable, the repair was amazing, and the entire experience was phenomenal. Extremely happy with the services, and I will definitely be a repeat customer again soon!

I had my dress altered and Nataliya was so knowledgeable. My dress was too big, so I wanted the sides taken in, which she did without a problem. However, she also noticed that I was fidgeting with the neckline which was too big, so she suggested altering that too. I am very happy and the dress is much more comfortable and flattering now. Nataliya is clearly an expert at her craft. I will be back when I need more alterations done!
