Always friendly and attentive. Whenever my wife is in the city they always offer to clean her rings. Have resized her engagement and wedding bands free of charge. Couldn’t recommend Paul and the A.G. team enough.

Adam worked with my fiance to design and make the most beautiful engagement ring. It's just incredible, the most beautiful piece of jewellery I've ever seen! Adam was professional and patient from the start of the process, showing us an incredible range of stones until we found the perfect one. Adam was attentive and helpful right through the whole design process with my fiance, until he collected the final piece. The completed ring surpassed both of our expectations! Thank you for making such a special ring for us 💖 Edit to update: We've recently had a wedding band made and I am absolutely in love with it. The final result is a beautiful, unique set and I couldn't be happier with it!
I recently had a bespoke engagement ring made by AG Designer Jeweller after meeting with Paul, who walked me through a variety of different options within my budget. He specifically took the time to listen and answer any questions whilst explaining the basic fundamentals of diamonds/gemstones and giving design advice based on his years of experience. The service was extremely personable and professional and the end product was exceptional - my fiancé absolutely loves her ring. The aftercare service is also fantastic having had the ring re-sized within 30 - 45 minutes after making a last minute appointment. We cannot recommend the team at AG highly enough and we will definitely be back in the future!
