They were not only a better value than the competition, they completed the work four times faster and got me back in business immediately. When you run a national company from your phone, being without it isn’t an inconvenience—it’s a major disruption. The competition quoted 4 hours, which simply wasn’t an option for me. Ash had it fully resolved in about 45 minutes. That speed alone would’ve been impressive, but pairing it with great pricing and genuinely friendly service made it exceptional. As of typing this on 10/10/25. I was here a couple days ago for cleaning services for my PS5 due to dust buildup. They said they did a deep clean. But after getting it back it seems to overheat faster than before I took it in… Prior it would last about an hour, now I get the heat warning or it shuts down on it’s own after around 30min, even with a fan on top of it. So I took the casing off and in one of the vents or holes, there was still quite a bit of dust still there. -This hole in particular. I was so hopeful because of all the good reviews, but I am quite disappointed and am reluctant to go back.

HIGHLY recommend this place for any repair you need. The atmosphere is super comfortable and relaxed with free coffee, a couple of couches to sit on (with pillows!) , and even a TV to watch while you wait for your repair! Might break my phone again just to come back, but don't want to ruin the grade A work that he put into it. 😆
