Very helpful. After about 39 and 1/2 seconds waiting at the counter, I was greeted by a friendly chap who informed me (in the most diplomatic way possible) that my assumption about my laptop was incorrect and that it did not, in fact, need a new charging port. He could've charged me to replace the port, as I was basically throwing the cash at him already. But no, he diagnosed it for free and determined that I merely needed a new cable. He also grabbed me by my pigtails and threw me into the sunset like a discus. Quite a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing experience with Wayne PC Tech! I bought a phone on eBay that came with a warranty, and before filing a claim, I took it to another repair shop. They quoted me $299 to replace both the battery and motherboard. Thankfully, when I filed the claim, Wayne PC Tech was my first option—and I’m so glad I chose them! Caesar and his team provided an honest and accurate diagnosis, discovering that the phone only needed a battery replacement. They completed the repair quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their professionalism, expertise, and integrity truly stood out. I had dropped my Laptop on a Monday only after the guy there promised me to return it on Tuesday as I have a major project to work on. On Tuesday he told me he didn’t have much time to work on this and hasn’t figured out what the issue is, I told him to return the laptop as I really needed it. What happened next was INSANE. He said it would cost 35$ for the time he spent on this. I was speechless and paid the amount. This is absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would! I drop my Asus laptop off 7 months ago to have the system upgraded due to it moving slow. At first it was come back in a couple days due to not having the parts. Than it went to come back in a week, as months past, and having a death on the family, I didnt get around to checking back on it for 2 months later. Fast forward, I have been calling and stopping by the store for 4 months now and all they keep telling me that they have to check their storage...... These people are liars and thieves. all I want is my laptop back and can't even get that! PLEASE BEWARE! They have left a bad taste in my mouth and will never recommend them to ANYONE! In response to Cesar: Your are thieves! I never received my charger cord back, and no one I mean NO ONE, NEVER CALLED ME TO INFORM ME OF IT BEING DONE! Yes, I did receive it back, but only because of this review. I believe you never worked on it and was just using it for parts! All I ask for you to put a new hard drive in, which I did approve over the phone and after that all communications stopped. Never thought of y'all as a storage, just wanted it fixed. I chose your company because 1 you are closer to my residence and 2 from the reviews I read. Neither here or there, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!

I've visited Wayne PC Tech a few times and they have always done a great job with cell phone repairs but I wasn't optimistic about them being able to repair my 8.5 year old Air Mac when the fan was running non-stop and the stand-by battery was almost non-existent. However, I was not disappointed! Cesar did a thorough diagnosis and replaced three damaged, internal parts in my Mac. For under $200, my laptop is running smooth and the battery life is better too! If I had one critique, it was that I waited several days before getting a phone call with a status update. He did call, on the day that I was planning on calling to request an update, so not a big deal but worth mentioning if nothing else than to set expectations for other customers.
