Donnie and Rodney installed a mini-split heat pump in our new four season sunroom. Air Comfort and these two installers were absolutely incredible!!! The initial consult with Cody took almost two hours with nothing left unanswered. Donnie and Rodney were professional, detailed, friendly, informative, and did not mind me looking on and asking questions. We could not be more pleased!
After reviewing quotes from several mini-split providers we chose Air Comfort of Kentucky! They installed (2) two head Mitsubishi mini splits in our historical home in Old Louisville. Installation was clean and system exceeds our expectations. Reasonable and fair price with best in class customer service. Highly recommend Air Comfort of Kentucky!
We had air comfort put in a new air conditioner, they did an amazing job. Donnie and Rodney were wonderful, very polite and informative and they cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Air Comfort, they are reliable and trustworthy.
Air Comfort of KY is an Exceptional Company with matching customer service skills. I had to reschedule My appointment with them at the last minute twice. They were very understanding of My circumstances and were happy to reschedule. Mindy(The Young Lady answering the phone) was very friendly and kept Me informed about My technician and his arrival. Scott(My Technician) worked quickly; he took all the measurements, answered My questions, and left My some literature so I would have all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would recommend Air Comfort of KY to anyone, for their Air comfort needs.
Excellent professional service! Scheduling was easy! Mindy called to let us know when Cody the Technician was in route to us! The BEST customer service! Always friendly and courteous! They Kept me informed of pricing and parts info! I will definitely call them with all my HVAC needs in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone! 10/10
