Quintin Orth from Caliber Collision off Dixie Highway helped me with multiple items on my car, and this was the easiest trip I have ever taken to an automotive shop. After my accident I took my vehicle to Caliber. The work they did was awesome. My main contact person, Quinton, kept in touch with me during the entire process. I got my car back sooner than expected and the paint and body work looks incredible. Even the manager, Bo, took time to talk with me when I picked my car up when finished. Great experience with everybody that works there. I am very happy for everything they did for me after my accident.

The employees that work here go miles beyond their scope of employment to give you a good experience. I had my truck front bumper repaired after a head on collision The repairs were done so fast even my coworkers were shocked. We had a total repair within 4 weeks. They gave me a guarantee that if I had any issues with the work they did, all I would have to do was call and they would take care of me. And that's exactly what they did. Due to limitation that my insurance company set on caliber they could not order OEM parts to repair my front bumper. I needed a part to do a grill upgrade and Kyle McKinley took a personal interest in getting me taken care of. His leadership and time spent out of shop set his team aside from the competition. He reordered the part I needed and discounted me for the trouble. He even offered to repaint the part at a discounted rate ( we ended up not needing the paint). His efforts saved me $$$ and I'm leaving this unfortunate situation with a smile on my face. Customers should ask for Kyle to lead their projects and his management should encourage employees to emulate Kyle's dedication to customer care.
