The response from the time I called was very fast. I got a reasonable price right away and the repairs started within 30 minutes of my initial call. It was professional all the way through.
Edgar and Jeo showed up at my house once I confirmed my appointment time with "Air and Plumbing Today LLC". I then wanted to review what Forest had discussed the work that would take place. I was pleased that we were all on the same page regarding the work that needed to be done. They were replacing 2 shower heads and internal components since we wanted both to be MOEN. They ended cutting through the sheet rock on both ends to replace shower heads on 2 different sides of the shower. They had convinced not to cut thru the granite front end to replace the fixtures and internal components. Kudos to the initial recommendation from Firest and Edgar and Jeo did GREAT JOB that on all the work performed. They cleaned up the mess and were very polite and professional throughout the installs as promised. The 2 pics below show the interior components. Did not add the shor pics, but the install of the componentscwas key. Thank you
I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies in my lifetime, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever encountered. Not only were a professional and took pride in their work. They were some of the friendliest people and really were here to make sure all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend them for any future jobs or for anyone who is in the need of their services.
He was very professional and insightful on explaining everything to me. He was patient and cleaned everything after he was done. I was so impressed with this company from start to finish! Their prices beat so many other companies and I’m so glad I chose them!
