Harry was an absolute delight when dealing with our query (I hope this is how you spell your name). Angelic aura and deserves a raise!! Harry dealt with a query I had regarding a bracelet my Fiancé bought me for Christmas 10 years ago. I'd barely worn the bracelet and it snapped at the clasp. I've been meaning to get it repaired for years but hadn't gotten round to it. I originally took the bracelet to the Chisolm Hunter store in Argyle Arcade and they advised me that most of the links were snapping off so they'd need repaired on top of getting the clasp repaired. They said it was probably going to be over £300 and I might be better off buying a new bracelet. They looked on the H. Samuel website for me to find a similar bracelet (silver with blue topaz stones) but the one they found didn't compare to the one my fiancé gifted me. Harry agreed that the bracelet was stunning and was very eager to help me try and get it repaired. I was advised by the Jeweller at Chisolm Hunter to take it back into H. Samuel to see if there was anything they could do (my fiancé didn't think so as he remembered your jewellery having a 2 year warrantee). I also was unaware that H. Samuel send Jewellery away to a company that examines it for repair, which is really good to know. Sending my Jewellery away for examination is free but I had to pay in advance for the new solder for it. If they confirm that they are able to fully repair my bracelet, they will send me a quote and I can then decide to go ahead with the repair or not. If I decide not to go through with the repair, they advised that they'd just return the damaged bracelet to the store for me to collect and I will receive a full refund for the initial fee I paid for the new solder. I think this is a really efficient way to offer a repair service and Harry made the full process super easy to understand. Fingers crossed it can be repaired! Thank you, Amy
I was in looking a wedding band for my 2026 wedding. I first spoke with David (a genuinely nice and helpful person) around 4 weeks ago and I just couldn’t pick. David assured me he would help , so I went back another 2 times in the last 2 weeks , 3rd time lucky a seen the perfect ring. David helped me size my finger and also told me about the 25% Black Friday sale. He helped me set up monthly payments , all done in the shop on the day and then ordered my size of ring for me too. David made my experience so much better as he wasn’t trying to “sell” me anything , more just helping me to make my mind up. I will certainly be back for any jewellery needs and will be asking for David anytime I go.

I shopped at H Samuel for a wedding band and was given fantastic service by David. He assisted with several services and organised everything. I unfortunately had to return the ring due to it not matching another piece of jewellery and David was again helpful in processing my full refund. Would recommend this store.
I bought a pearl bracelet for my 96 year old mother. The person who served me was very helpful. He took out the 2 bracelets I wanted to see and placed them on a mat on the counter. He was very pleasant and friendly. The bracelet was of good quality and was presented in a nice box. I would recommend this jewelers their service was excellent.
