I had two beginner classes with Travis, and he was fantastic. As a beginner, he made everything easy to follow and really supportive. Thanks to him, I’m now hooked on Pilates! I can’t recommend Travis or AJ Reformer Studios enough.
I’m not usually one for fitness classes but thought I’d give this Pilates session a try- loved it. Perfectly pitched for me, my age, my strength… I came home & signed straight up for membership. Looking forward to building tone, strength and stamina!
I’ve been looking for Pilates classes in Cardiff, and I didn’t want a membership with monthly fees. This place is great because you can buy class packages. It’s very close to my home—easy to get to either on foot or by car, and parking is convenient. Most importantly, I came here for AJ. I took her class at David Lloyds before, and I think she teaches really well!
Wow!!! I had such an amazing time at AJ reformer! Jean was the instructor and she was wonderful, explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel very welcome! It was my first reformer Pilates class and I will definitely be back! What a beautiful studio and location too! Thanks Jean and AJ!
Great experience, felt really welcomed as a complete beginner, lovely little studio and great equipment, fun and challenging and a lovely instructor - will be back and will be bringing some friends!
