Alaska Flower shop had the most beautiful selection of fresh blooms to choose from today. I was able to shop for a vibrant mix of orange roses, purple stock and dark pink asters from their walk in cooler- just what I needed on this cold January day. Thank you Jennifer🌸
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely amazing service! There were some delivery issues (my fault, not theirs), but the team went above and beyond to help. They were kind, understanding, stayed in touch, and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. The flowers were stunning — super fresh, beautifully arranged, and full of life. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. Customer service? 10 out of 5. So polite, warm, and professional. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely order again. Attaching a photo, but they looked even better in person!
Very disappointed with the flower arrangement my friend received vs the one I had ordered. I understand Alaska does not have access to certain flowers and most of these flowers are shipped into the shops, however I would have expected them to reach out to me and let me know that if that was the case. Instead of notifying me, this shop just threw this bouquet together which was nothing like I had ordered. Definitely not with the $85.00 I paid.
I’m not local (East coast) and I used their service to send my mom flowers for her Birthday. Everything worked out great and my mom loved the flowers. Couldn’t be any happier with doing this from across the way - most the international flower services online are way more expensive than going to a local shop that delivers. Thank you.
I LOVE this flower shop. Jen is an amazing small business owner. I love that my family uses her and she always has the perfect arrangement when I walk in and need a quick order.
