This was an awesome moving company for our local move. Stefan and Zach went so above and beyond to handle everything with care. Every piece of our solid mahogany Henredon Registry furniture was placed exactly where I asked and they assembled the bed frame with diligence and careful attention to detail. They moved massive armoire with ease and packed everything else very nicely. They were on time, efficient and had great energy. I will be recommending All My Sons in the future.
I would like to extend my sincere compliments to the team at All My Sons Moving. From the moment I first contacted them, the experience has been exceptional. Dante scheduled a brief call to discuss the details of our move and was incredibly courteous and helpful. Lisa was outstanding in addressing all of my financial questions, and Josiah and his team did an amazing job. They took great care with our belongings, working quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate all of the assistance provided throughout the last couple of weeks with our move. Thank you!
*Unprofessional, Careless, and Misleading — Avoid This Company** Our experience with All My Sons Moving Company was extremely disappointing. While the movers did arrive on time, they rushed through the job and handled our belongings carelessly. Despite taking great care to wrap and protect our appliances ourselves, they caused extensive damage to both our washer and refrigerator during unloading. Customer service has also been incredibly unprofessional. I’ve made several attempts to contact the claims department, left multiple voicemails with customer care, and still have not received a single response. The claims process has been frustrating, unorganized, and feels intentionally difficult to navigate. If you look at other consumer websites, All My Sons Moving Company has over **1,000 complaints** filed over the past few years. This company seems far more focused on collecting 5-star reviews to maintain their business and attract new clients than actually providing honest, quality service. It feels incredibly misleading to future customers who are trusting them with their homes and belongings. For the cost of the move, the quality of service was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend All My Sons to anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment — choose a moving company that respects your time, your property, and your concerns. ***Edit/Update*** Thank you, Marie, for your response. I agree that the company has room for improvement, and I would like to highlight some of those areas. On the day of my move, one of the professional movers entrusted to care for my property arrived smelling strongly of marijuana. I believe this individual was under the influence, which led to an unprofessional move and significant damage to my appliances. I followed the required steps and filed a claim, but the claims department has only offered me $600 in compensation ($100 of this total amount is being offered in "Good Faith"). This does not fairly reflect the extent of the damage: My freezer door no longer closes properly, and the internal drawer slide was damaged. The only way to properly fix this is to replace the refrigerator entirely. Confirmed this will GE appliance company and the refrigerator is valued at over 4,000 dollars. The soap dispenser drawer on my washer was used as a handle to lift it up the stairs, which broke the drawer. The replacement part alone costs $200. Human blood was left on my appliances as a result of the movers failing to use the moving blankets I provided or proper lifting equipment. When I raised these concerns with the claims department, I was told: “We have no doubt the movers caused this damage. But we will no longer review your claim and this is our final offer.” I was also advised to “proceed at my discretion.” This is no way for a professional company to treat its customers. The customer service provided by All My Sons Moving & Storage has been incredibly disappointing. The company had every opportunity to make things right, but instead failed to hear my concerns, refused to properly compensate me for the damages, and refused to take accountability for their actions.
🚨 DO NOT hire this company to move a piano — or anything valuable to you! 🚨 My aunt trusted these so-called “movers” to transport a treasured family heirloom — our baby grand piano — to my home, and the result was a heartbreaking disaster. They broke off all of the pedals, tore off multiple pieces of the antique veneer, and scratched every single side of it. From the moment they arrived, it was obvious they were completely unprepared for the job. They showed up without the proper equipment and even had to borrow a floor dolly from my uncle because they only brought one! When they tried to get the piano down the ramp at my house, their carelessness and lack of skill caused even more damage right before my eyes. I watched them chip away irreplaceable veneer due to pure negligence. My aunt filed a claim with the company — not once, but twice with appeals — and they still refused to take any responsibility or cover a single penny of the repair costs. Now we are left with 100% of the bill to fix what can even be repaired, and the heartbreaking knowledge that some of the damage is permanent. This piano has been in our family for generations. To see it destroyed like this and then to have the company wash their hands of any accountability is infuriating. In my opinion, they have zero integrity and no respect for their customers’ property. If they had done the right thing, I wouldn’t be writing this scathing review right now. Instead, I’m here warning you: If you value your belongings, stay far away from this company. Once they damage your property, you’ll be on your own. Shameful. Heartbreaking. Unforgivable. 👎👎👎
