An absolute life saver!! I came into the store with a dress that needed a zip repaired within a matter of hours. Not only were they so helpful, the manner was polite and friendly. I cannot thank them enough for how helpful they were, helping me with such a tight turn around and at such a reasonable price. Thank you!!

Came here for some last minute trouser shortenings. The lady was amazing and got them all done the same day. Have come back many times for other alterations and always amazed at the great service, craftsmanship and value for money. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Melbourne.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed with Alterations Now that I felt I had to share my experience. I had a fashion emergency, and they fixed my top on the spot! On my second visit, I brought in an item that another alterations place had completely done wrong, and she kindly corrected their mistake straight away—even though it wasn’t her responsibility just to help me out because she knew I needed the outfit as soon as possible. Her customer service is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be returning

Great service, amazing work, and super fast service. I found a small 5mm hole in my black suit pants a few hours before I was to attend a wedding. The owner kindly agreed to mend the hole within 30 mins! She did a great job. The repair is solid and very inconspicuous. Saved the day. I can’t thank her enough.
