It’s rare these days to find a company that excels in both customer service and workmanship, but Altitude Roofing truly delivers on both. My service representative, Jennifer, was the absolute best. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process—answering every question, keeping me updated, and making sure I understood each step. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the whole project feel effortless on my end. As for the crew, their workmanship was top-notch. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their craft. The final result looks incredible, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right. Fantastic communication, workmanship, and follow through! They replaced my shingles a year ago and the experience was stress free and they cleaned everything up after. After this service they came back and performed a very thorough inspection for another part of my roof with zero pressure to sell me something I didn’t need. Altitude Roofing is truly amazing. From the first day I called Debbie to the day the roof was installed the service. She explained every detail of how roof and other materials would be installed. I love the color!
Had a great all around experience with Altitude. Used Altitude to have seamless gutters installed and also have a few repairs completed on my metal roof. Kyler arrived the same day I called and provided a detailed report including photos of areas needing to be repaired and a drone map detailing the gutter layout. Jennifer was also extremely helpful explaining the process and stopping by my house to provide a color swatch and pick up payment. Loved that they had numerous colors to choose from. Gustavo and the installation crew were also professional, fast, and confirmed the gutter and downspout locations before they started. I'd definitely recommend anyone to use Altitude.
Altitude Roofing is a phenomenal company! Customer service is their number one concern. Everyone goes above and beyond. They were all with me every step of the way including dealing with the insurance company which can be very difficult. I am so grateful to everyone that helped me take the stress out of my roofing needs. My new roof is beautiful and I highly recommend and appreciate them!!!! 🤗
