I'm here to say; I am glad I contacted American Association-Notaries. I was trying to finalize my certificate for months; with no success. Today I was at the point of coming to their office to get my certification done, because I was stuck at the downloading, to receive my certificate. I contacted the office to get their physical address, so that I can bring my laptop there. However, I spoke with Ariel and explained my situation to her. After Ariel PATIENTLY explained my options. Ariel PATIENTLY walked me through the process. I really APPRECIATE Ariel's PATIENT! I'M giving Ariel RAVE REVIEWS!! Thanks to her, I've got my certificate and I'm back on track again!
