I don't know how or why they got my email address since I live in NH and have NEVER shown any interest in Boston real estate! After receiving NINE emails from Patrick Reagan (without a response from me), one would think the guy would give up. If I receive ONE more, your company will be reported to the BBB for harassment. So cease & desist!
In 15 years of renting, I have never had a broker half as good as Courtney Wood. She was extraordinarily transparent and communicative, and we always felt like we had all the relevant information as soon as it became available (24/7 communication!). We faced a difficult move because of a family emergency and pet restrictions, but Courtney advocated for us non-stop until we found we the perfect apartment.
