Amazing workers and front desk with prompt service and a wide variety of equipment. Cat in a tree, kid in a tree, stuff to haul does not matter if you have a problem that calls for heavy equipment they will hook you up!

Rented a 7in chipper shredder. I live 30 minutes away. When I finally got home, we discovered that it wouldn't take logs that were three inches in diameter. Called them and told them about it and they told us to bring it back and they would "take care of us." When we got back to the store we were told that someone used it that morning and had no problems!! We even had a log that it wouldn't. Take and showed that to them. They said that the best they could do would be give us a store credit! We have used Augusta rental before and used the same machine so we know what we are doing. This was not our problem or our fault. We were told that the policy is you have to call within 30 minutes of renting in order to get a refund. That's kind of impossible when you live 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service and now I'm out $200.
