All three of our dogs love Ansley animal clinic! Dr Jordan and Webster are absolutely fantastic. All mid levels and front are also amazing! Would not recommend Dr Spook if you want a vet that is compassionate.

The way they handled my cat in person was very caring and the way a vet should be. However when discussing AIDS testing and bloodwork the price was never disclosed to me which I find rather unprofessional and un empathetic of peoples financial situations. The bill came out to 511$…. For a first time checkup no surgery, no scans, barely anything other than a rabies shot and blood work. After talking with the front desk I was able to get the procedure down to 243$ still way too much for a pet visit. I just wish the staff would do their job and disclose this information instead of just leaving pet owners in the dark its crazy in this economy too.

Tonight was one of those nights where I have lost respect for this animal clinic because of their lack of humanity and compassion. I explained to the receptionist that I may not make it due to traffic. She reassured me that they would see our cat who we think is now blind. After rushing to pick up our cat from the AirBB, I fell on the front porch and possibly damaged my back even more. I am already due for back surgery this Friday (December 12, 2025). When I got to the animal clinic parking lot, the receptionist called and said they could not see our cat. I told her we were at the parking lot. She added that I must reschedule. So I rushed to the clinic for no reason. This is the same clinic that made an error on our cat’s lab work (Of course there was a charge). Being in the healthcare industry, I have always taken great pride in the care of those I am honored to serve. This is what I continue to instill in my associates. Sometimes in life you have to meet people where they are. There are gray areas in life! Tonight, I have lost all respect for this practice. I always go back to what would a prudent veterinarian /animal technician do in such case? This clinic has caused me emotional pain and anguish. They certainly did not show compassion or understanding. I will never forget this horrible and demeaning experience. -Dr. Clark

As I currently have all very young and healthy pets, the majority of my vet trips of the last 3 years have mainly been vaccine clinics and the brief exams that come with them. When I needed to get my cat Jiji into a vet for a full exam, I floundered a bit since the full-service vet I had used for years in the past weren’t as good as they used to be. Enter Ansley! I initially made an appointment because they were close to where I lived and could get me in the next day, but I was truly impressed with the level of care we received. The tech who handled Jiji was so gentle and sweet with him (and gave him a Churu, which was very exciting for him), and Dr. Roton was so thorough in his examination and really took the time to both listen and talk through my concerns with me. Also, they sent us a card welcoming us to the clinic, which I thought was very sweet! On top of that wonderful first visit, when I was about to move houses last week and realized I was out of gabapentin for my cats (which is a must for everyone in that scenario), AND then realized I couldn’t fill the prescription I had from another vet, Ansley genuinely saved the day by not only getting me a new prescription, but also letting me fill it through Chewy which saved me both time and money (which are so important when moving!) These experiences truly solidified Ansley as my new full-service vet for my kitties’ annuals, and any medical concerns that may arise!

My dog Sam comes here and we see Dr. Kearney. Gail is awesome and always provides compassionate care. He recently had an Emergency and we saw Dr. Dempsey. She was so great in her examination and determining his Spleen needed immediate removal on Labor Day weekend. She helped get us set up with Dogwood Vet Specialists in Marietta during a very stressful moment. Happy to say the results came back Benign and Sam is doing great. A+ to Dr. Dempsey and all at Ansley. Thank you.
