Good facility, good equipment, however.. on my first visit there was a guy eating a whole chicken out of a bag in the toilets, he had his pillow and looked like he was about to go to sleep. Completely turned me off working out that day.
This gym has outstanding customer service and a really well-thought-out layout. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which makes a big difference.
This is a well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy gym. There is a variety and plenty of duplicate equipment such as cables, racks etc which helps during the busy periods. The massage/recovery chairs and guns is a nice added bonus plus all of the other small extra’s included. The staff are friendly and happy to assist. The membership prices are a good value with all of the above taken into consideration.
All I can do is rave and sing praises about this gym! Visiting from Sydney for work and decided to try out this gym and WOW!! It was so clean, I saw not 1 but 2 cleaners there, vacuuming, wiping down all the equipment, even squigying the mirrors. The manager and another staff member was on the floor, putting equipment away, emptying bins, refilling wet wipes. Even the members attending were attentive and putting away equipment they used. The gym has a great vibe where everyone respects each other. I stopped to speak to the manager Vladimir, who was so pleasant and shared how impressed I was with the gym and its standard of cleanliness and visibly seeing the gym being taken care of during busying times around 5:30-7am. Vladimir was so lovely, he even gave me a free towel for sharing my experience. My gym at Moorebank could learn a lot from this place. Was an absolutely pleasure visiting this Anytime Fitness.
This gym is amazing! The manager vlad is AMAZING! The equipment is new and they have great beauty bar! I love the GHD and the Dyson hairdryers! It’s just an amazing gym! All the employees are amazing and very welcoming
