Great experience! I attended a work party here and it was wonderful. We enjoyed mimosas along with fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast. I had a deep tissue massage with Tasia and highly recommend her, she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. It’s hard to find a truly good deep tissue massage, but she absolutely nailed it! I also took advantage of the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. It was a much-needed spa day and the perfect refresh. I will definitely be back!
I was not pleased with the lack of welcoming energy from the front desk of a SPA. This was mainly due to Susan coming off very demanding and impatient though we did not arrive late. In fact, we had time to enjoy the complimentary amenities before and after our massage. The staring/glaring as we filled out paperwork that I caught. Not allowing our belongings to be put into the lockers that would’ve fit between the two of us. Talking negatively about clients while my sister waited for her appointment in the waiting area. VERY unprofessional. Regardless, our massage specialists were amazing and helped very much to ease the unsettling “welcome” we received! The amenities were a great addition as well!
It was my first time doing it last week, it was super pricy but I wanted to try it. I got my nails done because I wanted to do the deep plunge with the hot tub, steam room, sauna and showers and you have to buy something in order to use it. I decided to get my nails done, I’ll not be going back! The lady doing my nails sat me down and questioned if I already had gel. Since I had gel, she said it would take away from my services. At that point I didn’t care too much, it took her 25 minutes to get gel off of my nails, at other places it takes 10 minutes. She painted my nails with regular paint and only did 2 coats on the nails, so there were spots where there weren’t any paint on the nails. After I went out to pay, it was $125 at the very end when it was $80 to paint the nails!!! I looked and they charged me an extra $25 to remove the gel from my nails…I never saw anything that said they would charge. I asked about it and they said it was on the pamphlet (again I didn’t see it but it could have been there). They added a gratuity on the bill too and told the girl to take it off, I’ll pay the nail tech in cash by myself. I’m disappointed, the front staff seemed pretty rude as well.
Massage therapist - CHERIE, AVOID at any cost. I personally feel you’re not at the right place. Please don’t waste people time and money for the service you provide. The worst ever massage experience, I have been to many different places for massage. Never ever this disaster. I chose “Max” as pressure point and highlighted the spots in the checkin form they gave. That form is actually a joke, they never followed. Cherie just put some oil on my feet and hands nothing else. NO massage, seriously! Did time pass with hot towels. I wish I would never ever visit this kind of place or experience people. As of 12/29/2024
We had a couples massage. Our therapists were both very professional and relaxing. Mine was the best I've had, which is saying a lot! The nail tech was gentle and relaxing. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Altogether a great experience. Can't wait till next time!
