What a wonderful experience! The front office staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Madison, my nurse injector, was very knowledgeable and understanding. She asked me what bothered me most about my appearance instead of telling me what I needed done. She made suggestions and we came up with a game plan together. I will be back soon!!!
Hannah is fantastic! She's very honest (in a non-brutal way) and made me feel very secure and comfortable. She was full of knowledge about services offered at the spa, but wasn't pushy. I will be seeing her for all my future med spa needs. The facility itself is very clean and inviting. The women at the front desk are not only beautiful but also very kind and welcoming. I would give Aurora 6 stars if I could!
Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and truly cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment plan. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her results are always natural, beautiful, and exactly what you hope for. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else. The laser technician was incredibly precise, knowledgeable, and experienced, and truly helped guide me through my laser hair removal treatment while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and it genuinely feels like the start of a long-term relationship. I’m already looking forward to continuing my treatments and adding more services and products in the future. I highly recommend Aurora Medical Spa to anyone looking for expert care and outstanding results.
Super med spa. Great products. The nurses are all super sweet and knowledgeable about their products. All the services your would expect..Botox, fillers, etc., the spa club membership is super easy and you get member only discounts on products almost monthly. The location is easy to get to and all rooms are private. You can make appointments online for all services. Highly recommend.
