It is one of the best places in Winnipeg for Meditaton and retreats. Spiritual Guidance, I highly recommend. Incredible Spiritual trips and adventures are also offered. Alex also offers many workshops and retreats such as The Merkaba, Opening The Heart, Beams of Life, Working with your Chakras, Kundalini and many more. The most Important Workshop and Retreat I find is the Dying and Living program. The Dying and Living program works with all transitions in Life such as Grieving many losses in Life. The loss of a loved one or pet, job, relationship and so much more. It helps to empower you to move forward in your Life. Alex also offers many other services such as Spiritual Guidance, Crystal Ball Readings, Private Sound Bowl Healing. Aromannse sells many incredible high quality essential oils, incense, facial products, flower essences and meditations. Alex is so passionate and very knowledgeable in all these areas and has the biggest heart that would help you in so many areas of your Life. I have been meditating with Alex for over 15 years now, and have been twice to India with Aromansse for meditation retreats in Auroville. I have tried other places for meditation and nothing is quite like Aromansse. You meet so many incredible people that really become family and friends for Life.

Alex is a wonderful meditation instructor and Aromansse holds a special place in my heart. When I was younger I didn't have very good coping mechanisms which caused me stress in my life. We threw meditation I found the peace and tools I needed to enrich my life in ways I never thought possible. Even though I am not a regular student for almost 10 years now I still regularly use the tools that I learned and continue on my journey of inner exploration.

Al principio estaba un poco dudoso al comenzar mi búsqueda de un estudio de meditación, pero en cuanto crucé las puertas de Aromansse, se sintió de inmediato como en casa. Alex (instructor) es una de las personas más genuinas e increíbles que he conocido. No solo he experimentado crecimiento espiritual, mis niveles de ansiedad y estrés han disminuido significativamente. Ya llevo 4 años siendo estudiante, y espero poder seguir siendo estudiante durante décadas por venir 😊
