Kristina is one lovely individual, her shop is absolutely amazing and looks very nice. The art work is so cool and visually appealing with very reasonable prices. Kristina was very nice and very helpful. I will be going back.
The owner is talented and kind. She has the best selection of air plants and shares knowledge of their care. Her art work is unusual and beautiful !
We loved talking with her about her artwork, the Reno area, the Riverwalk, and life in general! There are many other shops in this refurbished USPO. She also directed us to the gallery, where the main Post Office was. And the basement where there are other artists, shops and restaurants. We loved it all. Great place to stop and check out when looking through the other street artist shops!
Aussie visitor here, stumbled on this amazing art deco post office renovation in Reno,, a hidden gem that deserves much more attention. Outstanding building and quality retail shops inside.
Located on the first story of the Basement at 50 S. Virginia St close to the elevator. This building is a historic site. The building is the old Post Office built in 1933. So much art deco. I could come and spend hours just look at the building and learning more about its history. A very cool and eclectic gift shop. I loved all the air plants she had available. I had never heard of Air plants. She also has postcards of all the Art Deco that are located at this location. What a cool gift for the "Historian" in your life. There were so many one-of-a-kind cool and interesting items. I could have stayed and looked for hours. There were these really cool living mushrooms suspended inside glass for sale. I am sure most people don't have any of the items she has for sale. Kristina was really kind and friendly and answered all of my questions. The ambiance of the store is very inviting and calming.
