My passenger-side front window was smashed in the middle of the night—and I had a major road trip the very next day. They were able to replace it first thing the following morning, which was a lifesaver. Every other auto glass shop I called either quoted me double the price or couldn’t get me in for over a week. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need glass repair.
A very Rocky road to get there but at the end of the day I'm very satisfied with the end result. I needed both sides of my semi windshield glass replaced. It is a tough job between the drop visor and kenworth's really bad design for their wipers, they are very easy to break. The first technician came out without tools but the company was great on getting another group of technicians out. I had an issue where the wiper arm was broken where the technicians were potentially too nervous to tell me and left without notifying me but did come back to help fix the issue. The best part of this experience & why I gave five stars after talking to the manager Ivan, he handled the situation as a good manager would. I agreed to absorb the cost of the damage and they agreed to absorb the cost of the labor. If you're potentially a new customer reading this review I recommend using Atlas. The technicians even did a great job at reinstalling all the stickers on the windshield DOT, toll pass and just some of my fun stickers.
If you’ve ever wanted to experience what it feels like to age in real time while waiting for your car window to be fixed, Atlas Glass is the place for you. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. Cute, right? At 1:00 p.m. — an hour and a half after the scheduled time — my car was finally taken to the back like it was being admitted to the ER for “minor surgery.” At 1:30, I asked for an update and was told, with great confidence, “just 25 more minutes.” Like a fool, I believed it. The actual completion time? 2:30 p.m. Exactly when I began questioning every decision that led me to that waiting room. When I finally got my car back, I was greeted by the sweet sound of… broken glass. Every time I open or close the door, it’s like I’m shaking a maraca made of safety glass. There’s even glitter (sorry, “glass shards”) in my seat — which is perfect if you’ve ever dreamed of a free exfoliation session while driving. When I pointed this out to management, I was met with the kind of blank stare usually reserved for people buffering in 480p. No apology. No “we’ll fix it.” Just silence — the kind that really makes you reflect on your life choices. If you enjoy long waits, false promises, and finding glass in places glass should never be, Atlas Glass is your destination. If not, might I suggest anywhere else.
This shop is incredible. We called in an extreme emergency where someone had broken into our car but we were supposed to be leaving for a cruise the next day. The gentlemen here stayed late so we could get it replaced after hours to ensure my family was safe. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us.
We're extremely grateful with Atlas Auto Glass. We took our car in after our bumper & skid plate were damaged. The staff explained what work would be done and why, we received an estimate within a few hours, & the work was completed within 3 days. Excellent customer service and price.
