Jared serviced our dead HVAC system on a cold snow-covered day when other outfits were not even making service calls. He arrived in less than two hours of calling, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and double checked everything before leaving. Very professional and will definitely call Automated Comfort Systems for our HVAC needs going forward. Most importantly, we now have heat, which is a beautiful thing considering it’s going down into the single digits tonight.
Was looking to get the annual maintenance on my HVAC system to ensure it was functioning properly for the cold winter ahead. After looking up HVAC companies in my area I saw that this company had very positive reviews. I can confirm that they are great to work with. From scheduling, communication about your appointment and the service the HVAC technician performs it's all great. Hopefully you give them a shot when you're looking for HVAC service.
I highly recommend ACS for any of your heating and air needs. Their customer service is top tier from Donna who was helpful with getting a service technician out to see us in a timely manner to Sean the service technician who was able to diagnose our problem, explain it so that I understood the issue, provided options that fit our budget and in the end replaced our furnace and got our house heated again. I will definitely call them for any future needs.
Sean did a wonderful job looking at how bad and dirty my Havoc system is. Unfortunately the landlord doesn't want to do the right thing
