Excellent service and after other HVAC servicers were unable to determine why our heating system would unexpectedly shut off, Hawley’s team figured it out and adjusted the system to fix it. They were great. Good to work with. Excellent communication and such nice people to work with. Highly recommend Hawley. They know what they’re doing!!

Jacob Gray with Hawley Air Heating and Cooling was outstanding from start to finish. He talked me through the entire process while efficiently diagnosing and fixing the issue, which I really appreciated. Jacob quickly identified a damaged valve that was leaking refrigerant, replaced it, topped off the system, and then verified everything was operating at the correct PSI. He also proactively replaced a cap with a higher-quality one to help prevent future issues — a detail that shows he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting out the door. Professional, knowledgeable, and transparent the whole time. If you get Jacob Gray, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!
Jacob was very professional, great customer service, and superbly thorough in his and Devon's maintenance appointment. They documented every piece of equipment so that their database is up-to-date if we need any parts. They recommended some additions to our current traditional AC and furnace units it will not only safeguard from water damage and improve our air, breathing comfort. they impressed us so much. We signed up for their maintenance agreement.
Couldn't ask for better service! Such a great group of guys that came out today for a heating and cooling system change out. Originally Travis Duggins (Comfort Advisor) came out to look over our existing system that was to be replaced to make sure all the ductwork was in line to work with the new system and that it was also properly sized. He worked with us and really cared, not only about his own bottom line but about a price point that we could afford. I can definitely recommend this company if you're looking for professionalism, and people who just know what they're doing.
